A self evaluation worksheet which pupils can use after each practical lesson. This is particularly useful for Year 10 pupils when they are new to the course and need to start taking responsibility for their own development in catering. It will hopefully encourage them to become independent learners and focus their attention on what they need to do in order to improve.
It asks pupils to score themselves against the WJEC mark scheme for the practical exam and allows pupils to become familiar with the assessment criteria: Working Methods, Practical Skill and Professional Practice.
