Resource Description

This GCSE revision session by Ross Howitt, is designed for the AQA GCSE course. The session guides students through the topics of components of fitness, fitness testing, training types, intensities, altitude training, safety considerations and warming up and cooling down. The third in a series of four, this revision session involves Ross giving ways to remember things and introduces tasks for students to do. The session can be stopped, re-played, started again etc. Teachers are instructed to pause the recording to allow students to do the tasks in the accompanying word document file. As long as students have a copy of the accompanying sheets, they can work their way through the tasks as instructed whilst they are given detailed ways to remember things and how to approach different question types. This third session of four also continues to develop students knowledge on the mechanics of an extended question (6 or 9 marks).
This a cost effective, flexible way to facilitate student revision at a time and venue to suit you.
The resource will be available to use until May 16th 2018.
