The following resource was created for students as a document with all the elements of the exam and theory outlined, with the intention of including content for all abilities with a close focus upon A* content. All content is based upon my knowledge of the TV News area, the subject and contains easy ways to remember key theories that I have created and used within my own study of the subject as well as within the classroom.
This is a perfect resource for the 2015 GCSE Media studies exam, the topic being that of TV News. My students are currently using this resource and have stated how useful and easy to understand it is. This can be used as both a resource within lessons as well as a document for students to use for revision. The revision guide also contains tasks and practice materials, as well as a full breakdown of the exam and what questions may potentially come up on the exam.
I have also used this with my A Level classes as an introduction to TV News.
